What you’ll need!

  • Carrot

  • Leek

  • Onion

  • Parsnip

  • Parsley

  • Garlic (2 heads)

  • Guindilla (Chili)

  • Sweet Paprika

  • Egg (6)

  • Ripe tomato (1kg)

  • Green Pepper

  • Cucumber

  • Olive oil

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Bunch of thyme

  • Leftover bread loaf

Manual blender or thermomix, some casseroles.
